We recommend booking with us as far as a year in advance. We want to make sure we have our team available for your date.
We have a team of highly trained and certified stylists, so YES we absolutely are able to accommodate larger parties. Each artist has their own unique skill set and style secrets. We pride ourselves on having the ability to whip up diverse, unique styles that are customized to each client that sits in our chair. We also create a more enjoyable experience for you and your favorite gals! We keep communication open and often with a group chat with the whole bridal party to ensure we are all on the same page.
Unless specified, we do not typically do day-of timelines. You will have a set start time which will be determined by the number of services needed, the photographer's arrival time for “getting ready” pics, and departure time. If you have multiple people in your bridal party getting services done we ask that everyone arrive at the set start time and come prepared with day-old dry hair for styling and a fresh face for makeup. The reason we do not offer time slots is that everyone's hair type and desired style will be different. We like to have everyone there and ready so things go smoothly on both ends.
-As far as you need us! The travel fee is based on location and distance. We can discuss alternatives for fees to mitigate pricing depending on the circumstance.
We uphold a first come first serve commitment. We do quite often we receive multiple requests for the same date, a deposit and signed contract is the only sure way to secure your wedding date.
The only way we will hold your date is with a forty percent deposit of the wedding day total, and a signed contract.
Trial runs are not only important for you as the bride, but for your stylist as well.
Why Trials are so important?
How much time should I allot?
What should I bring?
Will my stylist make recommendations for styles?
What should I wear?
When should I wash my hair?
What if I come after work?
Will I have the same stylist for my trial and my wedding?
When are trials offered?
What if I want to make changes after my trial?
You can contact bridesquadllc@gmail.com to schedule your trial at any time, however, we recommend scheduling the trial in the same wedding season you're having your wedding, or 6 weeks before your wedding date. Take advantage of your new look and schedule on a day that you may be attending a party or social event so you can enjoy and show off your hair and makeup services. Trials are offered Monday through Thursday with the earliest appointment scheduled at 9:00 a.m.and the latest appointment at 5:00 p.m. Due to limited seating please do not bring your wedding party with you unless previously discussed with us.
Upon leaving your trial, we would advise you to try on your dress or something in a similar style or color. Hair and makeup can change its appearance against different clothing colors. Please take a moment to examine your hair and makeup after your trial and if there are any changes that you would like us to note, you may contact us to update your file notes for the day of.
Sincerely
